Job Title: Customer Relationship Officers-Intern (West-Nile, Northern, Central, Western & Eastern Region

Reports to: Satellite Manager/Area Manager

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To advice or sensitize prospective and existing clients on BUBL’s loan product and cross sell other financial products and services.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Advice and or sensitizing prospective and existing clients on BUBL’s loan products and cross sell other financial products and services.

2) Carry out training of clients on financial literacy and other relevant training.

3) Guiding clients to fill loan application forms and attach relevant documents in line with BUBL’s loan requirements.

4) Conduct loan appraisals through undertaking field visits to loan applicants’ homes, agribusiness and locations of property/securities to be pledged to BUBL as collateral where required.

5) Disburse approved loans to clients on daily basis in line with the set performance targets.

6) Appraise loan applicants’ character, credit histories and conduct reference checks to ascertain willingness to repay the loan.

7) Monitor outstanding loans and performance of the loan portfolio daily.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

– Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any course.

– Strictly fresh graduates from university

– Not above 30 years of age

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCES

1) Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills and the ability to convince a client.

2) Computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office Suite for MS Word and Excel.

3) Able to work in a team

4) Ability to exhibit integrity

5) Ability to work under pressure and minimum supervision
